Do you know what this is? Please look at this and the photo below. Do you know what might be causing this? The above picture is Sammy's hand and the bottom picture is Julian's toe. They have both suffered from this for a while. I has been on Julian's hands for about a month and is now on his feet. It has just started on Sammy's hands.

It does not itch or cause them any discomfort. The symptoms can be relieved somewhat by using Neeme cream and or witch hazel but it keeps coming back. It is not like atheletes foot. It does not appear to be on other parts of the body other than hands and feet and it is mostly on the tips of the fingers and the toes.
